At Healing Factor Shop, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. This mostly depends on the policy of the payment gateway.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@chillingfactor.com
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Health and personal care items, if opened
Shipping Returns
- To return your product, please contact us at support@chillingfactor.com for a return address and further instructions.
- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@chillingfactor.com.
